Monday Run

We did interval work again this monday. (I'm not sure if interval is the right word... but oh well). After warm up we ran fast for 1/2 mile, then slow for 1/4 mile, and repeated for about 30 minutes.

I was back to my about 8min pace for the parts I was pushing myself, so I was happy. (Last time I did a workout like this my fast pace was equal to my normally slow pace...). And it was nice out again! yay good weather again.

I still haven't done any long runs yet this season, so I'm going to try to fit one in soon.
